ADHD controlled my life for almost two decades. After years of misdiagnosis, wrong medications, substance abuse (alcohol and cigarettes), and general unhappiness, I was finally diagnosed with combined inattentive and hyperactive type ADHD in 2020.
I’m on a lifelong quest to learn as much as I can about ADHD and how to live harmoniously with it. On this blog, I’ll share my journey, my stories, my tips, and general information about ADHD and neurodiverse conditions.
When I’m not blogging, I enjoy lavishing my dog with attention, reading anything by Louise Erdrich, running and cooking.
