This is the start of a new series where I bring you additional resources, that might include articles I’ve read and reviewed, research studies (I’ll summarize them!), other blogs, magazines, and social media accounts that might be fun or helpful to follow.

Today’s recommendation is from Twitter, @ADHD_Alien. Pina Varnel is an artist who posts hilarious, truthful and really fun comics about living life with ADHD. Below is my favorite – ADHD Bingo! See how many boxes you can tick off!

Per her Twitter bio she’s working on a graphic novel; I’m excited to check it out! When it’s available I’ll update this post to include links to places you can purchase it.

She also has a Patreon account, which allows you access to her Discord, early access to comics, or the ability to vote on new suggestions – based on your membership level.

Give her a follow if you want to see more great art. She regularly retweets other comics as well, so be careful not to get lost in a Twitter black hole.
