You know what I love most about the Understanding ADHD course? IT’S TOTALLY FREE! Yes! I love free accredited courses, and I love any organization that makes them available.

Understanding ADHD: Current Research and Practice is an online four-week course, available via FutureLearn, coming to you from King’s College London.

This course includes:

  • Education on ADHD causes, manifestations, and treatments
  • Personal stories on how ADHD can affect life and relationships
  • Reflections on current research and how it affects what we know or think we know about ADHD
  • Resources and support services for those with ADHD

If you choose the free version, you’ll have access to the course for six weeks. Paid versions are available too, if you want forever access to the course, or access to FutureLearn’s other courses.
